About the Image
Tony Davis “This is one of my first ever photographs – two girls on their BMX bikes in the Lenton suburb of Nottingham. They just caught my eye in the street and were happy having their picture taken. It has a unique innocence about it that encapsulates the sense of freedom at the time.”
