About the Photographer | Tony Davis
Photographer Tony Davis grew up on Nottingham’s Clifton Estate during the 1960s and 1970s. After picking up his camera and documenting his home city of Nottingham, Tony was offered a place on the prestigious documentary photography course in Newport, South Wales.
Tony is well known for capturing the spirit of the 90s rave scene around the Midlands in the UK, documenting legendary nights at much loved venues such as The Kool Kat, Venus and The Eclipse in Coventry, a magical time in the early days of rave culture.
Tony has also produced a large body of work focusing on Football Culture in the UK during the 1990s.
