Roger Shelley | Photographs of Manchester and Salford, 1960s
Roger Shelley is a photographer from the North West of England. During his lifetime he has documented the areas of Salford from the 1950s onwards, as well as Manchester, Oldham & Barnsley up to the present day. Many of Roger’s images in our gallery capture the innocence of youth at a time of major regeneration as slum clearances changed the landscape and social dynamics across the North of England.
