Shipping & Returns
British Culture Archive works closely with photographers, estates and the lab to ensure every order is produced, packed and dispatched with care.
Delivery Times
UK orders usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days.
International orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days.
Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
All orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
Small prints are packed flat using professional art packaging. Larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy tube.
All orders are packed to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
International Orders
British Culture Archive ships to most countries worldwide.
If your delivery address is outside the UK, your order may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
As most prints are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@britishculturearchive.co.uk, including your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the issue and advise the next steps, including return instructions.
Books may be returned within 28 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition.
Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will refund reasonable return postage costs. Please retain proof of postage.
