BCA ships to most countries worldwide.
When will my print arrive?
UK print orders generally arrive within 5-7 working days of placing your order. For EU and international orders, please allow up to 14 days.
Will I receive a tracking reference?
All prints are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked and International Tracked delivery. A tracking reference is available on request once the item has been dispatched.
How are the prints packaged?
Small prints are packed flat using professional Art Packaging, and larger prints are rolled in a sturdy tube before being sent via Royal Mail for Tracked Delivery. All prints are packaged using professional Art Packaging to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.
Customs Duties
As a result of Brexit, If your delivery address is within the EU, you may be subjected to import duties levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is important to know that customs policies differ from country to country, so we suggest you contact your local customs office for more information. Customers will be responsible for payment of these fees, so please factor this in before purchase.
BCA Returns Policy
We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are unhappy, you are eligible for an exchange or a full refund within 28 days of receiving your order. We will gladly extend the return period for gifts, provided that returned prints are unmarked and in their original condition. Please take a photograph of your print before shipping for proof of condition.
Please email contact@britishculturearchive.co.uk to let us know the reason for the return. Once we receive your returned print/prints, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days and confirm it with an automated email. In some cases, refund time frames may extend beyond 14 days. Please keep proof of postage for the returned item, and we will also refund your return postage.
