When will my print arrive?
Will I receive a tracking reference?
All prints are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked and International Tracked delivery. A tracking reference is available on request once the item has been despatched.
How are the prints packaged?
Small prints are packed flat using professional Art Packaging and larger prints are rolled in a sturdy tube before being sent via Royal Mail for Tracked Delivery. All prints are packaged using professional Art Packaging to ensure that they reach you in pristine condition.
As a result of Brexit, If your delivery address is within the EU, you may be subjected to import duties that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is important to be aware that customs policies differ from one country to another, so we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. Customers will be responsible for payment of these fees, so please factor this in before purchase.
We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, you are eligible for an exchange or a full refund within 28 days of receiving your order. We will gladly extend the return period in the case of gifts, provided that prints are unmarked and in their original condition.
Please email email@example.com to inform us of the reason for the return. Once the item has been returned to us in its original condition, we will issue an exchange or refund. Please keep proof of postage for the returned item, and we will also refund your return postage.
