Thomas Blower | Manchester, 1970s

Thomas Blower is a documentary photographer from Manchester, UK. He captured inner-city Manchester in the 1970s and 80s, and still continues to document the changing face of the city today.

Blower’s stunning images capture the spirit of a ’70s childhood, as well as a sense of freedom during an era when kids ruled the streets.
