David Chadwick’s photographs of Hulme were taken in the mid-1970s, during the first years of the newly built crescents and maisonettes. Chadwick began documenting Hulme as its first residents settled into the estate. The result is a clear record of daily life at a point when the new development was still taking shape.
Available exclusively through BCA, all prints in this collection are issued as editions of 50, produced on Ilford Smooth Pearl 310gsm paper, and supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
